車禍賠償問題責任

對方道路有「讓」，只能說明對方就車禍之發生應有過失，
但還是要看您車速，或有無其他應注意能注意而不注意之情形，
才能判定雙方肇事之過失比例。

另外，可按照比例向對方求償，假設對方是100%肇事原因，
則醫療費用及修車費用，都可憑單據要求對方全部賠償，另外還可以請求請假不能工作的損失。

精神賠償上，可能要衡量您受損害之情況，及雙方社經地位，
例如如果只是擦傷，則慰撫金不會太高；如果有破相或者骨折造成生活不便程度較高，並且對方是有錢人，則慰撫金可以請求較高，
慰撫金還是由法院認定，金額波動不小。

需要準備資料，請醫院開立診斷證明(如果有骨折之類的傷勢，需要請求工資損失或看護費用，則應註明術後復原天數及是否看護需求)，以及就診單據，修車單據，總之一切能開收據的都附上就對了！
