告知傳聞是否算誣告？

刑法第169條第1項規定
：「意圖他人受刑事或懲戒處分，向該管公務員誣告者，處七年以下有期徒刑。」

您的提問，應該不是對於司法機關的告知？
如果不是，那不會有誣告問題，但可能涉嫌刑事誹謗或民事妨害名譽；
如果是，但僅因缺乏足夠證據，致對方仍不受追訴，或告訴人誤有此事實或以為有此嫌疑，則尚不構成誣告。
