【時報-駐美記者胡文豐報導】Zor資本公司：聯準會主席柏南克或許會留下一個困境，當然，他指的是所謂的縮減QE（量化寬鬆）；目前市場預期，聯準會可能在9月18日的會議中，開始縮減每月850億美元的購買資產計劃。他的信念是來自於真實的數據，亦即聯準會的6.5%失業率目標並未達成，所以聯準會不只9月不會縮減QE，11月與12月也不會。

預期在柏南克任期結束前，聯準會都不會縮減QE，而且不只9月不會，在11月或12月也不會有些許縮減QE的行動，預期股市投資人將會有正面反應，他們將因聯準會人為低利率政策而持續獲利。所以聯準會不會縮減QE，預期年底前，美國股市將創新高點，這也是根據績優股的價格走勢，因績優股近來表現良好。
