我是賣家，因為商品問題，好言跟買家溝通，但她都不願意配合，只好退全額款項給她，且並不要求退還訂做之物品，但還仍然給我差評。期間，一直好言拜託她修改評價，但她都置之不理不回應。
我是否可以寄存證信函給她，如果她仍不修改評價，反悔請求她歸還物品，如果修改的話，則可不歸還物品，要不將如何等等……。
請問這樣的話，我要如何寫存證信函通知她呢？
麻煩指教一下。謝謝。
