其實我的回文是站在求職者的角度來想。有些公司面試的時候會問類似的問題，我想本意都是想了解求職者對自己在這家公司的定位怎麼評價。畢竟如果連求職者本身都覺得自己在這家公司可有可無，那人家聘你作什麼？當然反過來說，健全的公司必定不能讓整間公司的營運都綁死在一個人身上。比如說，公司內部的產品應該要求大家都有一定的熟悉程度，平常就有 code review，documentation 甚至是健全的培訓。這樣才不會出現一個人走了，整間公司半死不活的情況。畢竟鐵打的營盤，流水的兵。 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.113.235.116
