公視法修法 擬改為總經理制

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北28日電）文化部提出公共電視法修法草案，擬將公視董事長由有給職改無給職，從「雙首長制」轉成「總經理制」。

文化部近日公告「公共電視法修正草案」，其中一項是要將公視董事長，改為和公視董事一樣為無給職志工；一旦修改為總經理制，公視運作的權責畫分將更明確。

文化部表示，為使董事會運作更具效能，且可因應公共服務需求，有意將現有公視董事會人數17至21人，下修為11至15人，同意門檻從3/4降為1/2，並增訂董事會組成應兼顧員工、原住民及客家族群的代表性，調整董、監事評選審查門檻標準。

另外也增訂董事出缺總額超過原聘任總額的1/3、原住民籍或客家籍董事各未達1人或員工董事變更時，應即補聘的規定。

公視今天下午將召開第5屆第2次公視董事會，將討論公視總經理遴選委員會組成機制，之後將對外公告徵選總經理。1020828
