陣風10級 蘭嶼下午停班停課

康芮颱風進逼，蘭嶼鄉今(28)日下午停班停課。

氣象局在11:00已在蘭嶼測得10級陣風。台東縣府人事處通報，因受「康芮」颱風來襲，蘭嶼鄉本島平均風速9級、陣風達10級，人、車行駛困難，恐有土石流崩塌之虞，蘭嶼鄉公所宣布8月28日下午起停止上班及停止上課。
