漲電價仍虧逾400億 第3階段調漲無時間表

經濟部已宣布第2波電價調整方案，將自10月1日開始實施。台電董事長黃重球28日表示，即使電價調漲，台電2013全年虧損，仍會超過400億元，至於第3階段何時調漲，將視台電經營績效改善狀況而定，沒有具體時間表。

黃重球指出，造成台電虧損的主要原因，是燃料價格持續上漲，目前台電累計虧損已達2,270億元左右，2013年1到7月，累計虧損353億元，即使10月電價調漲，虧損仍會持續上升至400餘億元。

黃重球解釋，台電售電價格低於成本，造成虧損連連，因此必須調整電價；第1、2階段的電價調漲，只是單純反映成本，第3階段調整，則和台電經營績效改善有關，但並無具體時程。

台電副總經理李鴻洲強調，台電自2012年起，便持續進行經營績效改善工作，希望能做到讓外界滿意為止，屆時再討論第3階段電價調整的問題，「第3階段調漲，沒有時間表。」
