撫養子女責任之有無違背問題

照理說法律應該會強制規定父母要撫養子女到某個年齡

但我覺得有漏洞阿

那父母不就按造自己的喜好撫養子女

只要子女在20歲之前還有一口氣或義務教育能畢業就好?

假如因為父母的方法不對導致好好的子女因此得到慢性疾病

儘管20歲後還活著

那父母不就沒責任?

反過來父母卻要求子女履行扶養責任那身為子女不就啞口無言?

這是我個人切身的感想

雖然說凡事靠自己但不能否認父母的決策會影響子女前期的發展吧?

雖說有法律約束但當時身為小孩子的子女哪有能力爭取?

只能感嘆命運不好嗎?

請法律專家解惑這個問題吧
