關於機車保人的更換

我前一陣子剛牽車分12期

而我未滿18 我朋友幫我介紹的車行

當時簽的保人是我朋友找的

他當初跟我說是某某某會當保人我認識他也相信他交情也不錯

當我拿到車後我去查

發現保人不是他我不認識也沒看過的名子

我怒沖沖去問我朋友

他說放心簽誰的名子都一樣

但我覺得不放心

我想找我自己信任的人

畢竟在法律上這台車不是我的他要討回去我無能力為

現在還在繳款期

請問我能更換保人嗎?

或是繳清後能更換嗎?
