〔記者蔡清華／高雄報導〕高雄港新光碼頭海域今天再度遭污水染紅，可能又是附近台電 污染控制場址內的沈砂池泥水溢流，環保局已介入調查。 　2週前，高雄港新光碼頭，第一次遭污水染紅，台電當時坦承是委外的整治場址肇禍， 環保局也依法開單告發，台電出面道歉並要求廠商汛期期間24小時連續監控，杜絕再次發 生，沒想到今天污染事件再度重演。 　台電表示，該場址土地係台電於1989年間向台鋁購置，當地填埋狀似紅泥之鋁礦土廢棄 物，經採樣檢測未達有害標準，但仍委託廠商辦理土地品質改善工程，因大雨造成沉砂池 泥水溢出，滲流至工區外。 　施工廠商已提出改善措施，包括清理工區內所設置三座沉砂池底泥、分區開挖以控制最 小施工裸露面及暴雨期間開挖區覆蓋塑膠布減少雨水沖刷，但今天仍難擋暴雨沖刷，污水 再度外溢。 http://tinyurl.com/nncffc4 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.137.192
