北韓施工 準備使用封存反應爐

（路透維也納28日電）國際原子能總署（IAEA）今天提出報告說，北韓寧邊核設施的施工不斷，包括在1座封存中的反應爐附近。專家稱，這座反應爐可提煉製造核彈所需的鈽。

透過人造衛星監視北韓核武發展的聯合國原子能總署表示，這些活動與北韓「進一步發展核武軍力的說法」大體一致。 原子能總署向會員國提出的報告說，北韓核計畫「仍值得嚴重關切」。 平壤今年4月宣布，準備重新使用寧邊上述老舊的500萬瓦研究用反應爐，這座反應爐可生產武器級的鈽；但北韓仍強調，此舉目的只是為建立嚇阻威力。中央社（翻譯）
