大觀派出所員警在浮洲橋對兩位機車騎士進行搜身並要求她脫掉衣服..鞋子這種情形下是否執法過當?
●當場嗎？

員警還有搜索你穿在身上的褲子內褲這樣也可以嗎?一位有吸食毒品前科另一位完全都沒有任何前科這樣是否可以申訴?還有一種情形帶盤查對象去廁所全身脫光光可以申訴嗎?
