印度巴士性侵案 被告判死刑

印度女大學生巴士輪姦謀殺案，4名成年被告被判死刑。

法官宣判時表示，案件震憾社會道德良知，法庭不能視而不見。辯方律師認為，判刑是受到政治壓力和民眾情緒影響。女死者的父親說，公義得到彰顯。

案中一名未成年被告，早前被少年法庭判入教導所3年，是對未成年罪犯的最高刑罰。另有一名被告今年3月在獄中自殺身亡。

案發於去年12月，女受害人事發個多星期後不治，事件觸發印度全國爆發示威，要求加強保障女性安全。
