法律問題：竊盜、業務侵占、逼簽本票

某員工任職於一商店，

期間涉嫌竊取侵占收銀機內之營業帳款，

後經調閱監視器，發現其拿取現金並放入私人包包之行徑，

雖可清楚辨識其行為，但金額無法確認，

而該店負責人於事發後，逼迫該員工口頭承認其侵占帳款為50萬元，

否則報警法辦，

現場有錄音存證，並強迫該員工簽下50萬元50期本票(每張1萬元)，

且於次月發薪日，以該員工兩萬元月薪扣抵兩期本票(即未發薪)，

問：
(1).此員工觸犯之法條應屬業務侵佔或竊盜?其相關刑責及追朔期為何?

(2).該店負責人無法確認損失金額，但仍以報警為由，強迫該員工簽下高額本票(此店為平價餐飲店)後開除，是否觸犯任何法律?

(3).開除後當月薪水，於次月發薪日直接抵扣兩期本票之作法，是否觸犯勞基法?
