美主管APEC高級官員訪台

（中央社記者謝佳珍台北25日電）美國在台協會今天表示，美國主管亞太經合會（APEC）事務的高級官員王曉岷（Robert S. Wang）9月26日至27日訪問台灣。

美國在台協會說，王曉岷訪台期間，將與政府官員和商界領袖會面，就亞太經合會所關切的議題交換意見。

美國在台協會表示，王曉岷2013年8月就任美國國務院主管亞太經合會事務高級官員。身為美國國務院的職業外交官，王曉岷曾於2011年1月至2013年8月擔任美國駐北京公使，2006年8月至2009年9月擔任美國在台協會副處長。

此外，2009年9月至2010年12月，王曉岷曾在美國戰略暨國際研究中心（CSIS）費和中國研究講座擔任客座研究員。1020925
