陸1.6升及以下節能環保汽車推廣補貼政策繼續實施

大陸現行1.6升及以下節能汽車推廣補貼政策於2013年9月30日到期。大陸財政部宣布，為推進節能減排，促進大氣污染治理，決定自2013年10月1日起繼續實施1.6升及以下節能環保汽車推廣政策；推廣補貼標準不變，即對消費者購買1.6升及以下節能環保汽車繼續給予一次性3,000元(人民幣,下同)定額補助，由生產企業在銷售時兌付給購買者。

通知中要求，自2013年10月1日到2015年12月31日，推廣車輛要達到產品綜合燃料消耗量標準，且污染物排放能夠滿足《輕型汽車污染物排放限值及測量方法（中國第五階段）》GB18352.5-2013標準中Ⅰ型試驗的限值要求；鼓勵採用發動機怠速啟停、高效直噴發動機、混合動力、輕量化等節能環保技術和產品。

同時，大陸工信部、財政部、發改委等有關部委將對節能環保汽車的燃料消耗量和排放進行監督檢查，其中以不磨合方式進行車輛燃料消耗量核查試驗所採用的漸變係數調整為0.95。
