各位板友好: 剛剛在法律資料庫與網路上找了許久，大多都是有關軍職生的賠償辦法，但找不到有關正在服務軍人的退出辦法。我弟是就讀空軍二技畢業的學生，當初簽約8年，目前已經正在單位服務。目前想要退出，也願意付賠償金，但卻苦無退出的辦法。問過軍中的輔導長，輔導長說必須要服滿8年才可以退。請問各位大大，是否有辦法可以解除軍職生契約呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.74.25
