明年高普考或地方特考，還是各大學研究所財政所、財稅所考試倒是可以考這樣一題 去年文化部提出《電影法》修正草案，將推動成立電影事業發展基金，基金財源除政 府預算外，還將針對電影票價課徵5%「電影扶植稅」。細究其立法意旨，「電影扶植 稅」就租稅用途的分類而言，屬於指定用途稅（Earmarked Taxes）的一種，目前我國 相關稅捐種類中，具有指定用途稅性質的尚有隨菸品附徵之健康福利捐、金融業營業 稅、汽機車燃料費等。試就租稅公平與課稅技術方面評估實施「電影扶植稅」的利弊。 -- 受惠於很多人，卻讓很多人因我而受難，往後將還有承受不完的痛苦。剩下的餘生只會 是別人的累贅。健康不很好，所以什麼也不能做，就連書也讀不下去，字也寫不成。 不要太過於悲傷，生和死不都是自然的一個形象？ 不要道歉，也不要埋怨誰，都是命。 火葬了吧。然後在家附近的地方立個碑就足夠了。這是醞釀了很久的想法。 ----韓國前總統盧武鉉遺書 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.14.81.40
