《國際金融》日本外匯存底，傳將部分委外管理

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】華爾街日報報導，日本政府擬將龐大的外匯存底部分委外，交由民間機構代為管理。

報導中指出，日本官員透露，政府計畫向即將於10月15日展開新會期的國會提案以取得授權，將部分外匯存底委外管理。

惟該官員亦表示，委外操作的外匯存底規模不會太大，且即使法案在本財年（截至明年3月底）獲國會通過，外匯存底何時開始交由民間機構代管仍不得而知。不過，這項業務勢必帶來優渥的傭金，預料仍將引起日本金融界的高度關注。

日本為僅次於中國的全球第二大外匯存底國家，目前日本的外匯存底完全由政府專責管理。
