中市府員工涉喝花酒 訊後交保

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中15日電）廉政署台中辦公室偵辦台中市府建設局溫姓助理驗收北新國中校舍工程涉接受喝花酒招待，檢察官今天諭令以新台幣10萬元交保。

台中市政府建設局53歲的溫姓業務助理，於民國100年驗收北新國中校舍修復工程，涉多次接受包商招待喝花酒，廉政署台中辦公室昨天發動檢調人員進行搜索，帶回溫姓助理等7人漏夜偵訊。

檢調循線發現，溫姓助理在100年進行北新國中舊校舍修復興建工程驗收時，涉嫌接受包商邀往理容KTV喝花酒招待4次，每次花費約新台幣4萬元到8萬元不等。

檢調追查，包商坦承招待到有女服務生坐陪的理容KTV消費4次，每次消費新台幣4萬元到8萬元不等，溫姓助理則指稱忘記喝過多少次。

檢方今天諭令以新台幣10萬元將溫男交保。1021015
