請問自我防衛的定義是什麼?

1.對方已經攻擊你(打到or沒打到開槍打你打到or沒打到)
2.對方口頭表示要攻擊你
3.對方作勢要攻擊你
4.對方手持非法武器可能攻擊你
5.其它

1.以上那5個選項構成自衛是哪一個?
2.如果對方還沒攻擊你你先發制人先攻擊他那算自衛嗎?
3.如果你自衛是[致命]的也就是表明要殺害對方以防對方攻擊你或者已經攻擊你防對方再次攻擊你直接用手用棍棒打其器官要害或者用刀捅其要害這樣算自衛嗎?
4.法官如果認定自衛成立是不是就無罪? 或者減刑?
5.法律上的自衛有沒有比率? 如果他只是空手要打你(已經打or還沒打打中or沒打中) 你順手拿起旁邊的棍棒朝他頭部打下去把他幹掉那算自衛嗎?
