喝酒後車禍問題

小弟我於某日凌晨發生車禍
對方開車、我騎車
當時我有飲酒，趕著回家
從對向騎到我的車道，騎不久後對方雙黃線迴轉撞上
故造成車禍
我人受傷、車修一萬六(都有留證明)
對方車損
交通隊有來測是否有飲酒，0.3公共危險
所以有後面刑事責任

判決書那些都處理好了，勞動服務六十個小時
監理站那邊也把罰款弄好了

只是現在不知道怎麼和解問題
朋友跟我說開車是不能雙黃線迴轉的，
是不是要等交通肇事判決出來才能處理?
肇事判決是要自己去申請還是他會寄過來?

還有我酒駕還有辦法請保險嘛
本身有機車強制險
我有打去保險公司他說需要帶駕照行照交通聯單以及印章
但我駕照被吊銷了，是不是沒有辦法辦出險?
