前陣子因為店裡太忙，結果常常被店長要求輪班，
一輪就是12個鐘頭...回到家裡面整個身體好像都不是自己的了...
雖然放假的時候偶爾會去做SPA犒賞自己，但長期下來真的負擔有點重…
想說要不要買個好一點的按摩器還按摩椅之類的，自己在家就能常常按摩
不知道版上大大有什麼好建議呢？
