請問因為年初買了預售屋, 已進行裝潢2各月,預計在1各月後裝潢完成, 整棟剩下四戶未裝潢,一戶完全未有裝潢,剩下三戶都要裝潢好了不過最近區分所有權人開會時訂立裝潢規約要押保證金要壓保證金,另外加收清潔費用每日200元覺得有點不合理,想找板來詢問,但不知應可在哪個板找到類似詢問資訊?? 先感謝各位大大 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.70.80.43
