下期營業用牌照稅 繳納期限至10/31止

財政部賦稅署表示，102年下期營業用車輛使用牌照稅繳納期限至102年10月31號截止。納稅義務人如未接獲繳款書，請儘速向車籍所在地地方稅稽徵機關或監理機關申請補發或查詢。

賦稅署指出，依使用牌照稅法第25條規定，交通工具所有人或使用人未於規定繳納期間內繳清稅款者，每逾2日按滯納數額加徵1%滯納金，最高加徵15％。賦稅署特別提醒，依同法第28條規定，逾期未完稅的交通工具，在滯納期滿後使用公共道路經查獲者，除責令補稅外，將處以應納稅額1倍的罰鍰，請納稅義務人儘速於期限內繳納，以免逾期受罰。
