財長：10月前3周出口略衰退

9月出口年衰退7%，10月出口表現狀況為何，備受關注。財政部長張盛和今天(30日)受訪時表示，10月前3週出口呈現1週增、1週減，合計前3週來看，較去年同期略減，至於10月底能否轉為正成長，目前還很難預測。

張盛和說：『(原音)3周加起來出口是下跌一點點，1周減，1周增，1周減，加起來3周是下跌。(記者：跟去年同期相比嗎？)嗯。(記者：所以有可能正成長嗎？)很難預測，因為第4周不太清楚，但是是下跌一點點。』

張盛和也表示，經建會日前公布9月景氣對策燈號維持黃藍燈，表示經濟動能還不夠強，但國際景氣是向上趨勢，因此整體趨勢是好轉的，只是動能復甦沒有那麼快。
