拓展諮詢 資誠同意收購博思

（中央社台北2013年10月30日電）未上市會計師事務所資誠公司（PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP）已同意收購博思顧問公司（Booz & Co.），藉此拓展其諮詢業務。

資誠將隨本案在全球約57個地點得到約3000名員工，交易條款並未公開。根據兩家公司今天發出的聲明稿，博思合夥人訂12月表決這筆交易案。

私募基金凱雷投資集團（Carlyle Group LP US-CG）2008年買下博思艾倫諮詢公司（Booz AllenHamilton Inc.）的政府諮詢事業，博思應運而生。凱雷在2010年完成前述事業博思艾倫漢密爾頓控股公司（Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp. US-BAH）的首次公開募股（IPO）案。

根據官網資料，美國事業總部設在紐約的資誠在157國雇用超過18.4萬名員工，2013會計年度營收約320億美元。

兩家公司在聲明中表示，在博思表決結果出爐前，「業務將如常進行，兩個組織持續完全專注在服務各自利害關係人上」。

資誠發言人奧立佛（Kathryn Oliver）婉拒發表聲明以外的意見，博思發言人卡希米（Margaret Kashmir）也一樣。（譯者：中央社尹俊傑）
