事實經過：最近家裡牆壁裂縫開始滲水出來!是那種沒幾個小時地上就會有一灘水的那種想說找水電來看一下!發現是隔壁間的水管漏水!轉而告知對方有這個問題發生! (到後來去他們家看發現他們家也在漏但沒我家嚴重)而對方說他會找他熟識的水電來看! 但到後來就不了了知感覺是因為工程浩大不想處理! 我們想說漏水事不處理怕影響建築物本身的結構問題!因此有提出是否可一人一半把兩家的問題一次解決!但對方認為他們家沒那麼嚴重所以不想處理 (心中os, 原來你家水管破是我要幫你修好?) 想說是鄰居不想把事情鬧大!但迫於無奈也不知道該怎麼辦! 現在想到的方法有: 1.找里長來協調一下? 2.告對方?但不知道要用哪條法條!>※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.120.222.154
