菲律賓官員表示，中部風災災區數千人闖進政府的糧倉，搶奪稻米，結果導致一面牆坍塌，造成八人被壓死。

政府官員表示，在慘遭強颱「海燕」重創的「雷伊泰省」，掠奪洗劫事件頻傳，當地軍警面對大批行為失控的災民顯得全然無力。當地糧倉已有十多萬袋稻米被搶走。(照片取材自網路)
