美Q3生產力 增幅不及預期

（中央社台北2013年11月14日電）美國勞動生產力第3季增加幅度不如預期，顯示雇主發現提升效率遇到困難。

美國勞工部公布，員工每小時產出指數折合年率增加1.9%，前1季經修正後增加1.8%，少於初估。彭博社調查59位經濟師的預估中值為增加2.2%。單位勞動成本以0.6%的年率下滑。

消費支出與企業投資要取得動力有阻礙，雇主必須拉高效率才能提振獲利。然而，企業發現已很難要求現有員工提高效率，這意味聘僱必須與銷售一起上升。

經濟師的調查預測值介於生產力增加0.1%和3%之間。第2季生產力初估上揚2.3%。3月為止的6個月，這連續兩季的生產效率下滑幅度是1993年以來類似期間最大。（譯者：中央社徐崇哲）
