大陸國家新聞出版廣電總局科技與數位出版司副司長宋建新27日在「中國行動互聯網科技創新與文化融合論壇」上表示，總局正在研究制定促進行動互聯發展的相關政策、規定，並將加快數位出版基礎性重大工程建設，大力推動傳統出版單位朝數位出版轉型等。

宋建新同時提出，將繼續加強政策引導，扶持以手機等行動終端為主要傳播管道和數位載體開發；管理部門還將加大包括行動互聯網出版在內的網路出版領域，以及各種違法違規出版內容和違法違規出版活動的查處力道。

分析人士預計，大型國有出版企業有望在數位出版轉型上獲得更多政策和財政支持，而今年獲得總局首批「數位出版轉型示範單位」的時代出版(600551.SH)和中南傳媒(601098.SH)有望率先受惠。
