金管會查兩公銀 財長：應無惡性競爭

台銀、兆豐銀承銷大陸銀行在台發行的「寶島債」遭檢舉低價惡性競爭，遭金管會調查，財政部長張盛和表示，經了解，兩家公股銀行積極爭取，本來做生意就是用手續費高低來決定，有競爭，但沒有惡性競爭，如果符合金融監理範圍內，財政部不會多做管理。

張盛和說『因為大家資金充裕，能夠多做生意，都很積極槍生意，但沒有所謂惡性競爭。這應該是公司治理事項，如果他們做生意不是惡性競爭，符合金融監理範圍，我們不去多做管理。』
