車禍事故遇到困難

您好:
17:10 開車行經丁字路口(左邊右邊有路無任何燈號/標誌) ,
而我只有減速查看反射鏡左右來車還很遠, 故直接左轉...
但左轉後車子已轉正 , 突然發生巨大聲響.
下車查看人及機車倒在路邊(傷者渾身酒味) 且急欲離開但機車龍頭斷掉無法離開 ...
故於路旁休息 , 派出所及救護車前來確認後傷者送醫 , 並令我等待交通隊前來 ...
交警前來後問問題後前往醫院 , 當傷者包紮後自行消失 . 交警撥傷者電話得知回到家裡 ...
共同前往傷者家裡 , 傷者避不見面... 與交警去找 ... 最後於 20:30 回到傷者家裡才遇到人.
20:30 才進行酒測傷者酒測值 0.1 , 左手骨折 , 有因酒駕被吊扣駕照 ...
傷者表示 12/25 醫院覆診後才來談後續 ...

2. 調閱監視器發現傷者高速行駛 , 因我左轉 . 傷者急煞車造成滑倒 ... 機台滑行撞到我右後車門

我知道我應注意而未注意缺失在先 ... 但傷者酒駕,無照駕駛 , 自己承認機車速度 60~70 KM
請問責任該怎麼算ㄋ? 煩請協助指導, 謝謝!!
