繼大陸險企大舉進攻電商管道紛紛拿下電子商務牌照後，第三方支付牌照料將成為險企謀擴張的下一個目標。

大陸保監會副主席黃洪日前對外透露，保監會支持險企設立電商機構的同時，也支持險企拓展第三方支付領域。不過，業內人士認為，保險機構要想真正拿到第三方支付牌照，最終的決定權在於人行。但儘管如此，保監會高層的此一表態將大大激發險企申請第三方支付牌照的積極性。

北京商報引述分析人士指出，險企申請第三方支付牌照是為了備戰往後的電商管道，如果能夠拿到第三方支付牌照，險企以後線上賣保險將無需借道第三方進行支付，而此市場的潛力不容忽視。

隨著互聯網金融的全面開花，傳統金融產品紛紛將銷售管道向線上轉移，保險業也不例外，中國人壽斥資10億元(人民幣,下同)設立電子商務公司，新華保險出資1億元設立電子商務公司，而純互聯網保險公司眾安在線已經正式上線營運。也正是因為眾多險企紛沓而至，電商業務在短短四年間增長了7倍之多，保費收入由2009年的146億元暴增至2012年的1,027億元。
