3%富人 握有全球20%財富

（中央社台北2014年1月4日電）蓋洛普（Gallup）公布的調查指出，131個國家中前3%最富有的人，總家庭收入占全球家庭收入的20%。

合眾國際社（UPI）報導，蓋洛普指出，調查發現，每個國家54%最貧窮的人，家庭收入占全國家庭收入約1/5。收入不均的現象在非洲撒哈拉沙漠以南與東亞最為嚴重，東亞尤以中國大陸貧富差距最大。

蓋洛普指出，過去10年來，眾多撒哈拉沙漠以南國家因出口需求及外國投資增加，經濟成長強勁，但產生的眾多財富卻掌握在政府手中，未能適當投資公共服務或基礎建設，以改善窮人翻身的機會。

蓋洛普表示，這份自2006年至2012年的調查，估計前4%最富有及後54%最貧窮的美國人，各擁有美國約1/5的總家庭收入，與全球數據雷同。

至於在大陸，前2%最富有和後60%最貧窮的大陸人，各擁有大陸約20%的總家庭收入。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
