去年物價上漲率 4年最低

（中央社記者林惠君台北6日）行政院主計總處今天公布去年（民國102）全年消費者物價指數（CPI）年增率僅0.79%。官員表示，這是自民國99年以來4年最低漲幅，物價呈現「溫和上漲」。

主計總處綜合統計處副處長蔡鈺泰表示，去年全年CPI年增率0.79%，「溫和上漲」；98年下跌0.86%，去年物價年增率是99年以來最低。其中核心物價（扣除蔬果及能源）0.65%，是近3年最低漲幅。

蔡鈺泰指出，去年全年影響物價較明顯項目包括中藥材（10.11%）、雞肉（9.88%）、桶裝瓦斯（6.25%）、米（5.71%）及旅遊團費（5.11%）漲幅較多；電視機（下跌10.67%）、數位相機（下跌10.91%）、行動電話（下跌10.03%）等3C產品跌幅較多。

蔡鈺泰進一步指出，因電價調漲，原預測去年第4季CPI上漲率為1.12%，但實際上漲0.56%，可能是業者反映電價上漲成本不如原先預期，實際與預測落差較大。

其他主要國家物價狀況，日本1至11月漲0.2%，美國1.5%，新加坡2.4%，中國大陸2.6%，香港4.3%；南韓去年全年上漲1.3%。1030106
