（中央社馬尼拉2014年1月14日綜合外電報導）菲律賓反貪腐法庭判決，前第一夫人伊美黛（Imelda Marcos）的珠寶「來路不正」，應歸政府所有。這項判決可能為數以百萬美元計遭查扣財產的拍賣鋪路。

法新社報導，反貪腐法庭（Sandiganbayan）昨天宣判，前總統馬可仕遺孀伊美黛的馬拉坎南收藏准予充公。這是遭查扣馬可仕家族三份財產中價值最少的一份，約值15萬美元。

今天公布的33頁判決書說：「部分判決是，名為馬拉坎南收藏的珠寶的確來路不正，應由上訴人菲律賓共和國充公。」

這是遭查扣馬可仕家族三份財產中的一份，其中包括150克拉的緬甸紅寶石。

另外兩份財產已被政府充公。官員說，法院這項判決，意味著將可著手拍賣事宜。

拍賣公司佳士得（Christie's）1991年估價，這三份財產的價值約850萬美元。時隔20餘年，價值可能會更高。
