標題[請問] 純糯米湯圓冰後會變硬還是不會

已google過，但查到的是有人是會有人是不會因聽媽媽說現在是因為有加添加劑才不會變硬，但又聽過一種說法只要是純的糯米就不會變硬，但我媽卻說純的冰了才會變硬.. 不知哪個才是對的被搞得很混亂所以上來詢問@_@ 想請問假如是純糯米做的湯圓遇冰後是還是一樣QQ好吃不變硬的還是會變成硬的？謝謝！ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.105.248
