偽造文書問題!!關於簽名..

我未滿18時(高中時)，學校有時會有需要家長簽名的東西發下來，或是假卡要家長簽名，我曾經因忘寄給父母簽名假卡或通知單而自己簽名，簽完交給學校，但通知單沒簽的有時會經父母同意再自己簽，假卡也不一定。有次被教官發現假卡上的名字不是我父母的筆跡，事我自己簽的。教官說這是偽造文書...之後他沒處罰我，請問這樣算偽造為書嗎?偽造文書是告訴乃論還是非告訴乃論?有誰能提出告訴嗎??若有，可提告的期限多久??
