景氣好轉 日大銀行擬調薪

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2014年1月15日專電）日本共同通信社報導，日本大型銀行正考慮調漲基本工資，如果實現，將是19年來首見。

三菱日聯銀行、瑞穗銀行和三井住友銀行等正思考調漲基本工資，今後如果工會提出要求，會以業績動向等考量，判斷是否調整基本工資。

在調漲基本工資方面，各大銀行目前並非同步調，但在股價上揚、融資對象業績好轉等情況持續中，各大銀行會視安倍內閣期待擺脫通貨緊縮的意向，做出調薪決定。
