請問~職務加給是工資還是獎金?

請問各位大大, 因為同事請產假與育嬰假4個月, 由我來代理她的工作4個月,
公司給我每個月2000元的"職務加给獎金", 所以我會從5月領到8月,但是我覺得很奇怪? 這是勞務所得怎會是獎金? 這應該是工資不是嗎? 這樣公司是否有違法之嫌呢?

我查了一下勞基法~
勞動基準法第二條第三款規定「工資：謂勞工因工作而獲得之報酬；包括工資、薪金及按計時、計日、計月、計件以現金或實物等方式給付之獎金、津貼及其他任何名義之經常性給與均屬之」

一定要經常性給與才算是工資嗎? 所謂經常性給與的定義是什麼呢?
