雅虎將向Third Point買回4000萬股股權

雅虎(Yahoo Inc.)( (US-YHOO) )周一(22日)表示，已同意以每股29.11美元代價向Third Point LLC買回4000萬股，而由後者提名的3位董事會成員亦已遞交辭呈。

在該筆交易過後，Third Point仍擁有雅虎股權約2000萬股，占普通股比重不到2%。

上周五(19 日)時，雅虎股價收在每股29.11美元。

台北時間22：04，該網路公司股價下跌3.09%，暫報每股28.21美元。
