我開車 撞到電線杆 同是告我傷害 這樣算嗎?

我今年初1月 開車載同事去桃園八德路工作 因為車速過快轉彎 所以撞到電線杆
他手機 跟頭受傷 但是去過兩三家醫院檢查都沒事 休息一個月就好
我賠她手機修理8千元 他跟她媽媽也說沒關西看我年紀小 這件事就算和解了但是只有口頭講
最近又跟我要錢 要不到 現在告我傷害 7月24日收到通知書
1.請問我這樣算傷害嗎?

2.我再台北上班 沒辦法一直去桃園作筆錄 開庭 怎麼辦 可以換台北嗎?
