志願役退場機制

我因為待不習慣軍中生活因而想退志願役
故事是這樣的我是101年12月19日義務役入伍的
剛下部隊想說要簽志願役從102年2月說要簽
一直到102年6月4日才考志願役智力測驗考完後
102年6月20日生效102年7月16日調離原單位
可是我現在因為個人原因極度的不想待在國軍
想退志願役可是現在已經生效了之前長官說3個月內
適應期可退我現在未滿3個月想退志可以嗎? 薪水也都未領到
我查過有些人說要受過志願役專長訓才算真正的志願役
可是我未受過訓僅受過小車轉換訓2天
專長訓未受就生效了
我後悔了想退志了可是生效是不是就來不及了
我都還沒受過專長訓就生效了
