日前收到一張罰單上面是第60條第1項：不聽警察制止或拒絕停車接受稽查而逃逸者,可到郵局繳罰款(也就是不用出是駕照,還好我也沒有重型機車駕照),因我是車主所以罰單寄給我,但我查過此條違規除罰3000元外,還會被記(扣)一點,但我只有汽車駕照,沒有重型機車駕照,那要如何扣點?是扣我汽車駕照的點嗎?另如果車主什麼駕照都沒,那要如何扣點?車不是我騎,被警察照相.那是重型機車.
有誰可回答,謝謝拉!
