標題[請問] 腳背麻了兩天不退

以前有習慣偶而盤腿靜坐個幾十分鐘，那個時候就發現左腿比較容易會麻禮拜六去參加遊行，可能是盤腿坐太久，雖然我中間都有起來活動或是換姿勢晚上睡覺休息的時候發現左腿外側的表面都在麻隔天起來之後，感覺不到麻了，用手去摸左腳側的腳背，感覺皮膚沒甚麼知覺還是有點麻，肌肉的運動是沒問題，可是摸那邊的皮膚，覺得感覺還是麻麻沒甚麼知覺的狀態，到今天情況還是沒有明顯好轉，請問有甚麼方法可以改善嗎。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.104.108.223
