《國際產業》東芝、新帝攜手，擴大快閃記憶體產能

【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】《日經新聞》報導，日本東芝公司計畫與美國新帝公司合資籌建快閃記憶體晶片廠，總投資規模將達到4000億日圓（約40億美元）。這座新廠將負責生產16～17奈米晶片，在製程上將領先三星電子，預計將於下個會計年度（自2014年4月起）投產。報導中指出，這將是近2年來東芝首起重大擴產投資計畫。
