冷氣開開關關與電費問題

之前有爬過文
聽說冷氣開開關關比開著需要多號15倍電 ?

所以開開關關不如一次開15小時嗎? 有人可以介紹詳細一點嗎
但別去複製貼上一大堆文章 ... 謝謝

另外宿舍房邊容易悶熱有辦法改善嗎
例如擺設 ~ 這類的

只有一個大窗戶所以不通風不要說+裝排風這類的
沒有辦法 = = .....

平時室內都 32度倒至我開冷氣又怕電錢太貴
所以大概20分後就關掉了過1~2小時覺得又熱又開 -0- "
