3核電廠關閉 南韓省電大作戰

（中央社台北12日電）南韓政府大力疾呼全國各界共體時艱，展開省電大作戰，因供應南韓30% 用電需求的核電廠暫停運轉，導致南韓今夏大缺電。

據彭博報導，南韓工商能源部長尹相直（YoonSang Jick）昨天呼籲企業、公共機關與一般家庭，從今天起為期3天，於上午10點整至下午6點整，減少電力使用，因屆時電力需求可能達到巔峰8000萬千瓦，超過南韓發電量7700萬千瓦。

尹相植在聲明中表示：「我們（南韓）處在相當危機的情況，如果全國人民不能共體時艱，我們恐將無法安渡這次的缺電危機。」

南韓能源部副部長韓珍鉉（Han Jin Hyun）早在5月28日就警告，南韓今年夏季恐面臨「空前」的大缺電，主因南韓23座核子反應爐中有2座關閉，另外1座反應爐因零件安全許可證作假醜聞而延後啟用。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1020812
